GAA received a full report from Hawk-Eye, which is referred to in this press release of 13/7.

This refers to a combination of unrelated issues, including minor hardware failures and also, to my later comment on workflows, mentions that The GAA is to undertake a full review of its own protocols relating to when and how the system should be stood down if similar challenges are to arise in the future.
