Have you done any trading/investing? What have you used if so? One thing I have found is that customer service on all of them is fairly slack — and that also they’re not that good at handling customer expectations — which makes me think that the organisations running a lot of them aren’t massively mature in terms of having marketing, PR, comms and product depts etc.
